There are respectful ways to go about discussing these things. If people initiated conversation like mariska instead of put on the "I know so much more than you and you're stupid for thinking anything of a dissenting opinion" act like Jonny and Dip Low did, then they'd actually get somewhere. The way we get to a point of civility is by opening discussions, seeing what goes wrong, and then addressing what behaviors are ok and what aren't. |
That can never happen here, and its pretty obvious. The day that I can see an intelligent respectful discussions here, I'll be happy. But it will never happen. Many people just can't have a conversation without being ridiculous or idiotic. It's like trying to have a conversation about the Big Bang Theory with a 2yr old.
