Simon was spot on with his critiques towards her and her acts. And are people forgetting Simon ALWAYS does this rude/playful/hateful banter with a female judge?

TOTALLY agree with the first sentence.
And yes, that's nothing new when it comes to Simon, the difference this time is that Demi is getting all fired up over that, she refuses to accept ANY criticism to her acts... And I think it's pretty clear it would only help her if she did.
