Recurrent plays? Yes. Longevity? no. Getting two weeks at #1 on the country charts is a huge milestone.... and I'm not kidding

There are a lot of politics involved with country so it's very hard to have longevity there.

I know, most songs on Country get #1 for a week and that's it. And all the big artists were hitting #1 in rotating shifts. The labels basically take turns pushing the songs at certain times so they all just keep rotating in and out of the #1 spot

But now with the new system including overall airplay in all formats..Taylor will probably be #1 til 2014.

Yep, three weeks is very huge. Country charts is basically the chart where every song goes number one (if the label plays nice)

I remember mean flopping huge on country charts. And suddenly it started getting +100 spins until it went to #1, and then it dropped huge

One thing that it has going for it is.... Vince Gill! As a 20-time Grammy Award winner, Kelly just gave him his first hit in a long time!

Someone had posted Vince's last major hits:
Vince Gill's last top ten was in 2000 with Feels Like Love (#6). His last major (top 20) hit was Next Big Thing in 2002 (#17).
