I really, really hope it's true. I don't want Rihanna messing up Katys next album.
I really don't want Katy to follow with the dubstep BS like literally all the other pop girls are doing. Oh and Katy's Hot n Cold performance at the EMAs in 2009 was in that "Ten Of The Best Performances at EMAs" on MTV earlier today.
If David Guetta's name it wasn't on photo...maybe Get it Over With will be remix or something like that with Katy,i still think that song will be a collab

the album is already up for pre order on itunes. No Katy collab.

Is the "With" in the title? Because if it is, why would this song be THE song with Katy?
Katy Perry is back in the arms of boyfriend John Mayer. And, while the 'Wide Awake' singer is definitely happy about it, it seems her parents are too - with sources claiming that the pair prefer John to Katy's ex-hubby Russell Brand.
We imagine that's gotta sting a bit for Russell.
According to a source at Hollywood Life, it seems as if Ma and Pa Perry are just as smitten with John Mayer as Katy Perry is, comparing his placid personality to Russell's... well, Russell's LESS placid personality:*
“Katy’s parents also really like John. They prefer him over Russell. They thought Russell was too temperamental.”
We can see how they'd come to that opinion, we suppose.
The source went on to explain that Katy, back with John, is happier than she's ever been before - and even hinted at a musical collaboration in the near future:
“Katy has never been happier. She’s in a really good place with John. They are planning on recording a song together at John’s new studio in Hollywood.”
We're glad to hear that Katy is living the 'Teenage Dream' once again!
Following a successful year which has seen them bag three top ten singles, Lawson have finally released their debut album Chapman Square.
The collection has been four years in the making, so Digital Spy caught up with Andy Brown, Ryan Fletcher, Joel Peat and Adam Pitts to talk about the influences behind the music and if there is anyone they'd like to collaborate with in the future.
[...]
There are no collaborations on the album, but is that something you're looking to do in the future?
Joel: "Yeah, we'd love to. We've been talking recently about who we'd like to work with and I think it would be really good to get a female vocalist on one of our tracks."
Ryan: "Some opportunities did come up towards the end of recording the album, but we just didn't have time to do them."
Joel: "We'd quite like to do a country song with Katy Perry or a big rock number with Jessie J."
Adam: "I quite like it when you get an artist singing something out of their genre. I loved the Rihanna and Coldplay song and it was the best Rihanna's voice has sounded. Putting her on a rock track emphasised her powerful voice and brought something else out of it. Katy Perry on a country song could be wicked, so we'd love to do something like that."
