It's only medical marijuana so there will be dispensaries that distribute it. They can come in different forms like edibles, tinctures, and the weed itself. I don't think they'll offer joints/blunts.

So they're legalizing it for recreational use, but only medical marijuana? is there even a difference between that and regular marijuana?

I think its Massachusetts thats medical, but colorodo is legit recreational. I could be wrong though
