I highly doubt a leak is going to happen tonight. That eBay seller is from the UK and he's totally not going to share the songs with anyone. Other stores in the UK probably got stock, yeah, but it's already almost 11PM there. It would've leaked by now if it were happening today. The only chance is that an employee is locking up and sneaks a copy, but the stores are probably all closed and locked up.
