Definitely agree.

There should be a certain amount of mods that stan for a certain artist. For example, 2 Gaga stan mods, 2 Britney stan mods, 2 Xtina stan mods. This would make everything more fair, balanced, and unbiased.

We don't hire based on Fan-ships. We mostly look at activity level, time zone, and warning point history. As far as Dita, he probably hasn't been reported enough. People have a tendency to complain about users without actually reporting.

He posts a few Gaga threads per day + usually gets reported (too many Gaga stans here for him not to get reported) and his threads closed. If he got a warning point per thread (or 2 like I used to get for my Aniston threads), he would have been long gone.

And you guys should hire based on fan-ship. There are plenty of unbiased people from each major stanbase who also are active, in the right time zone and have a decent warning point history.
