Im pretty sure Demi had no contribution to the choreo and X Factor is known for exaggerated makeup and looks so Im guessing Demi didnt 100% contribute to them like people would think she did.

I agree Demi probably didn't have complete input. However, I do see hints of it in Jennel's performance. This show is too manipulated.
One needs a friendly reminder that it is NOT just a singing show. It is supposed to be overproduced & our faves won't always sail through. Marketability is a big factor here.

Its well known here in the UK sometimes the producers make acts sing controversial songs, and that the mentors have a list to choose from and they dont always get first pick at songs

Everyone thinks Paige should be in the bottom 2. Demi was spot on with her decision. Paige is not a strong vocalist but she was the only one who connected with whatever choreography that was thrown at her. She was not awkward with her dancers

Yeah, absolutely it's very very annoying. I honestly started worrying Demi's reputation in GP now. I mean she did a great job, but a lot of people said she did wrong decisions and called her such a worst mentor. GP still don't change their mind about Cece 'bitch' image and the fans of her still blame Demi because the makeover, just watched the comments and the pretty huge red bar in each video of Cece on youtube, like omg. The fans of Jillian still blame her too. The fans of Willie said she was not mentoring him well that made him did a boring performance. blablabla. It's like everyone bashes her.

lol don't worry, it was expected that she would get critique whatever she did. Britney is getting even more backlash than Demi. LA is also getting a lot of hate, it's just the way it works.

Maybe because most of the hates came from the girls, I guess.

I just re-watched the performances of the acts. I agree with Zahra that they needs to fix the sound arrangement asap. They turned up the mic volume when the judges and the hosts started to talk and when the crowd started to scream/boo. And they turned down the mic volume when the contestants started to perform. We can easily find it here:
