Can you guys answer my naive question? I've never experienced a hurricane... I mean, there's a lot of rain, besides really heavy winds... but is it possible to see the hurricane? I mean, its physical "anatomy" and shape? Or will it ever be possible as soon as it gets closer?

Some homeless people didnt know about it:

Got an email from one of the husbands friends and he forwarded it to me.. said their dept was trying to get the homeless folks informed and situated.. and out of the tunnels. Didnt have much luck.For some.. the outside is all they have.. and strangely enough, when they had gone down telling them, the folks hadnt even known a hurricane and nor'eastern frankenstorm was on the way.

A hurricane is a lot of wind and clouds and therefore rain. The only physical things you'll see are clouds and rain.

Hahahaha not usually... it's WAAAAYYYYY too big. You might get to see the eye if it passes over you. Like, 100 mph+ winds and unrelenting rain then NOTHING. It's actually pretty cool. Other than that it's just a LOT of rain and wind.
