Also while BDay is one of my two fav albums, it doesn't belong there either. It's a good album for a few good mid00s club bangers but that's it.

Aaliyah is one of the best r & b albums with pop/rock influences. She merged the two perfectly.

i'm kind of pressed by the fact that beyoncé has 2 albums in the top 6, but it's not all that surprising tbh
pretty glad that Thriller didn't make the top 5 though, the album's pretty weak if you take out the (notable) singles

that's why i wrote notable,
i checked whether or not The Girl Is Mine was a single, and it was so i quickly changed the statement
that song is absolutely terrible
the good songs on thriller are really good, but they're the pop songs on the album
the ''R&B'' songs on the album aren't that good
