No, she never has and she never will be remotely close to being the female MJ. She completely lacks the talent, charisma, cultural impact, sales, and creativity that Michael demonstrated throughout his career. #1 singles mean absolutely nothing if the public doesn't remember them, and keep in mind that that record only took into account US #1's, and disregarded the rest of the world, and that the record was obtained by questionable means. Regardless, Michael remains in his own league apart from actual legends like Madonna, let alone artists like Katy Perry.
