I wonder if they track your IP to see if you've voted more than once. I always wondered how awards show counted the fan votes. One of these days, I'll find someone who works behind the scene, ask them how the votes are counted, rig the votes so Kelly and Rihanna sweep and then sleep with him as his reward.
