Must have been written at Perth. After the bikini pics out. I mean, the reason I can think why she use those granny bathing suits whenever she's aware there are paps taking pics is to avoid showing too much skin for the public.
And it seems like the paps were hiding behind bushes from the angle of Perth bikini pics. Because that beach is very quiet. Not many ppl go there, and most of the public areas there are schools. Plus, Perth is relatively a quiet city. I think she didn't expect the paps to show up there. That's why she used that one, instead of the uglee ones. Poor girl.
The bridge and the ending are pretty great though. 
The Last Time might not either.
