Kelly tours non-stop because that's where artists gain money from the most & she loves touring. promo can only earn them so cash. Rca doesn't have control over her, Kelly does. Enjoy the break, she'll be everywhere in November Im sure so that'll ease your promo anxiety.
and darkside? Kelly wrote cmb in July remember. She was well aware what was coming up with the greatest hits months before any of us. If she preferred darkside promo she would've said no to the summer tour.

October 22nd hasn't even begun in usa, its like 8am. the update you'd read is from the 21st. therefore the update for the 22nd would be the next one (in 22hours). Different timezones.

Today is the adds date for Hot AC. Tomorrow will be adds for Pop.
Can't wait for the updates in the coming few days.. though they still might not be great for another week or so. The stations can add the songs today but that doesn't mean they'll play it and put it in rotation just yet. But regardless hopefully we'll get better updates from Wednesday on.
