Why does everyone think that if they are portrayed with Caucasian features that automatically makes it not racist?

The thing that bothers me most about the entire ensemble is that the woman herself is an amalgam of all the features that racist Americans drew up when slavery was still acceptable. The flat nose, the big lips, the pitch black skin, and (in the case of the earrings) the facial structure that resembles that of an ape.
