I think it will.
"Die Young" has been steadily increasing for days now. With it's increasing airplay, it's only going to garner more and more sales, especially when the video drops, or promotion starts.
PSY, unfortunately for him, doesn't seem to be igniting radio as he is digital sales, which could be his ultimate downfall in the end. A viral sensation can only contain so much hype before it declines, where radio is needed to help keep it afloat.
It's unclear though whether he will recover at radio or continue it's slow updates before an eventual fall, but in either scenario I can see Ke$ha reaching the top, one just taking longer than the other.
