Gangnam Style has a certain novelty feel to people I guess. They watch the music video, see an asian acting goofy and weird in it (cue the stereotypes), and just find it hilarious.

The video to Gangnam Style really is (an) amazing (mess) though, it's mostly the video imo...

GS is catchy, but also like whatever. i can understand it being a viral hit and people liking the dance but why the entire world is buying the actual song is beyond me. it's an okay song to jam to but like that's all that's going on with it.
