You called yesterday to basically say that you care for me but that you're just not in love.
Immediately I pretended be feeling similarly, and led you to believe it was
okay to just walk away from the one thing that's unyielding and sacred to me...
So what do you when somebody you're so devoted to suddenly stops loving you,
and it seems they haven't got a clue of the pain that rejection is putting you through?
Do you cling to your pride and sing 'I Will Survive'?
Do you lash out and say, "How dare you leave this way?"
Do you hold on in pain as they just slip away?
And I guess I'm trying to be nonchalant about it.
But I'm going to extremes to prove I'm fine without you.
But in reality, I'm slowly losing my mind.
Underneath the guise of a smile, gradually I'm dying inside.
Friends ask me how I feel, and I lie convincingly 'cause I don't want to reveal the fact that I'm suffering.
So I wear my disguise 'til I go home at night, and turn out all the lights,
and then I BREAKDOWN and CRY.

Ya'll better be glad I was too busy running my own rate at the time to take part in this. I gave that 1.5/10. It's bland, monotonous drivel where you can hardly make out her vocals.
"We Belong Together" missed the top ten? That's even worse than what happened with "Hero".
"Fantasy (Bad Boy Remix)", "Breakdown", and "Make It Happen" should had been lower while "Dreamlover" (and obviously WBT) should had been higher. "It's Like That" is just about right. My top ten would look like this....

Every time I feel the need,

I see nothing wrong with Can't Let Go, Underneath The Stars, Emotions & Always Be my Baby being in the top 5. Visions of love has been overrated though, it's not one of her top 10.
