NO. Yes, hardworking people deserve higher pay. But a flat tax wouldn't limit it to that, it would STILL not account for the fact that there are VERY hard workers who make ******** for an income and many wealthy people who hardly lift a finger compared to others. "Liberals" want to account for this. If a wealthy family is taxed higher, there's a pretty tremendous chance that they will
still have much more money to spend in the end than many hard working low-wage families. THAT is the point, people who can afford to pay more should, and people who barely manage to feed their children should pay less.
