Yeah, I was thinking the same.
1. Re-release is really rushed (original album was released like 9 months ago, plus Summertime is still hot in some countries), so it will take some time till this catches on. Like PopFan says, it's yet to be released in biggest markets. If UK and Germany jump on it, the rest will most likely follow.
2. If it's ever going to explode, it's going to be around holidays. I'm sure of it.
