No. In reality, what it should be is about 10% radio, and 45% for the other two categories. Streaming and sales show listener intent and desire to hear the song, whereas radio shows that far less with most stations only featuring request times one or two hours per day and going off their own playlists the rest of the day. Though theoretically as downloads cost more than streaming they should take priority over streaming. Perhaps a 50-40-10 model?
