Britney Spears attended the City of Hope Gala last night which to honor Halston CEO Ben Malka, with the Spirit Of Life Award. The singer wore a gown by Halston appropriately. The halter neck dress is floor length and features an open back with 2 straps going across it. She wore a pair of YSL shoes, and Alexis Bittar jewelry. Her long blonde tresses were leave flowing in curls, and she wore minimal make up with pale pink lipstick.
