It's been clear for months now that she doesn't really like the video and probably VVV altogether. It was supposed to be the main single, got shelved, was only included on the deluxe edition, she was annoyed when fans wanted it as a future single, etc.

No. It was on the deluxe because Nicki knows it is Super Bass 2.0 and people would buy the deluxe because it was on there.
