What's the 411 on what this song is all about? Is this on ARTPOP? Is it another joke song like "Cake"? Is it for someone else's album? Is it a first single!?! What is going on!?

Pitch shifted proper, on beat proper, etc...if you have a musical ear or could see his audio editor program, you'd be able to see that this is scientifically the "best" version.

I hope it will be on ARTPOP. The vocals need to be altered but other than that this song *****. They may change the production a little but I hope it will remain on the album.
