Yesterday she posted on Facebook that men shouldn't wear flip flops unless they are going to the lake or pool. I then asked her "so that means girls should do the same too?" She responded "no, it's okay for girls to wear them." I said, "How girls can but guys can't?" Her response, "It's a girl thing." I keep asking for reasons why it's okay for girls and not guys and why it's a girl thing, but she hasn't given me any reasons
I'll continue to wear my flip flops in public, when it's not cold, until I get a reasonable answer

I hate it when people do that. Kids at my school (especially gays 
) do it a lot - and though some people may be able to pull it off, they surely can NAHT
