If Nicki couldn't put up with it, she should have handled it more professionally. It's not "human nature" to instantly resort to raising your voice and being a nuisance. It should never get to a point of making threats at a person because she said something she didn't like.

Yes, we don't know what Mariah said. But who likes being picked on, when it is constant cycle? We have read stories time and time again about people ranging from all ages being picked on and bullied and reacting negatively to it. Yes Nicki acted up, but it wasn't for no reason. What was Mariah's reason for constantly patronizing her, and the reason "She's Mariah Carey" isn't enough.
All I'm saying is they are both wrong. And if there is a problem it's Idols responsibility to create a positive and healthy environment for the both of them. Tell Mariah to keep it cute with Nicki, and tell Nicki to keep it cute with her.
It has to start with Idol, but obviously the publicity is worth more.
