Well, the hit predictor is a site with a ranking system based on listeners from the young adult age group, and it's actually pretty accurate if it's used correctly. I am a member on HitPredictor and it's likely they're using members to test out the tracks there and rate them. I haven't checked lately to see how many people have heard the Gaga tracks.
