Nope, at least 1.2 million in 2010 were of The Fame, while it sold at least 1.5 million between the two versions in 2011 and at least 6 million in 2010. All those numbers except the 4.8 million in the OP are Mediatraffic which underestimates albums, considering they had BTW at 5.4 million for 2011.

Around 8 million, I think it sold around 1.5 million in 2011
