Well we don't know the important factors to consider before criticizing her for it.
For all we know, the guy could have been directly in the room next to the one where she was, presumably, hiding and she panicked during that time and opted to Tweet instead of dialing a number. Or she could have already been seen by the criminal himself and she Tweeted because she was terrified that he was armed and could have shot her right then and there. We just don't know enough info tbh.
You know how melodramatic some girls can be.
