I don't really think there is a necessary "good" or "bad" because there are multiple factors to what makes a career good, this is just interesting to see.
I definitely agree. Madonna having 120 #1 singles in 11 markets and 73 #1 albums in 11 markets is not a bad thing at all. Nor does it make her a "singles" artist, because she has outdone all the other girls (except Celine?) in the album sales department anyway.
That's surprising.
