Well, she could be. Some people mentioned in this thread that a new version of iTunes shows only the top 5 songs on iTunes now, so it's possible that she's losing that exposure. I can't confirm or deny this.

Even if. Other songs don't free-fall and she has huge radio updates.
I know that WFL was saved by the video but imo it is strange that a new Rihanna lead single might even need saving.
