Most of the time they let the tickets go a little before 10 am. Actually I don't know how it's possible for tickets to go so fast but I think it's because ticket master let's each person view one ticket (per seat in the arena) at a time. So that means you can't get the same seat someone else has a timer on unless they waste too much time and it takes them back to the front page.
