1 - The CMA's have their own Christmas special called CMA Country Christmas which airs a few weeks after the CMA's. So you can rule out any Christmas songs on there, since they have their own special specifically for that.
2 - For some reason I don't think it will be MKIA. Who knows? Maybe it's a new song, or a cover of a classic country song, or maybe she's a part of a tribute?
