Safe & Sound should be a stronger contender, imo. The good thing is Taylor can submit S&S for Country Duo + S/ROTY and Begin Again for other country categories.

Yes so long as it peaks during the eligibility period. It probably won't be eligible for song or record but for the country field it should be eligible so long as she doesn't send it this year that is.
begin again shouldn't be submitted, it came out less than a week before the cut off date. submitting it runs the risk of being snubbed, like we found love last year. safe and sound + ours should be her country field submissions.
