I'm just tired of the iPhone 4-eqse look were've had for the past like 3 years. Not to mention the iOS UI also feels dated and has been more or less the same since the original iPhone. GS3 feels fresher, I wish the old teardrop iPhone rumors were true

I completely agree. I have a 4S and I'm happy with it (although I'm gonna run out of space soon so I need to stop taking so many pictures lol), but the 4 design has been around for about a century in smartphone years. And the 5 looks just like the 4 but slightly longer. Though I do think the matte finish on the back is an improvement.
Still, it's the same home button as the original, the same home screen, the same rocker buttons/power button that we've had since 2010, etc. It just looks dated, even if the more current S3 won't age as well as the more iconic iPhone design.
Really the only things keeping me with Apple are iTunes support, reliability/customer service (nothing on my iPhones has EVER broken aside from me cracking my 3GS' screen and it was my third iPhone!) and familiarity. I think it would take awhile for me to get used to switching from iOS after having it for 5+ years. And I know there are responsiveness/touch issues with Android that Apple just doesn't have.
