On keshasparty.com, you can order Warrior which will come with the album, a Ke$ha shirt and an additional 5-song acoustic EP. Goodbye most likely isn't going to be on the EP, though.

So the album pre-order will be released in conjunction with "Die Young." I doubt both will be made available at 9 am, makes more sense for both to be added at midnight tomorrow, when they usually add new material to iTunes.
