I hope you're kidding, just like I assume you were when you gave "Pure Shores" a 0.

39. Nelly and Kelly- Dilemma (7.408)
(Not "from Destiny's Child", though)
Highest score: 10 x11 (backtoback, Strangergab, Cassiopeia, JDella11, superben, airborne, Kool_Aid_King, berberocka, boyamama, Flashing Lights, MP2K)
Lowest score: 2 x2 (Stevie, Dream)
An unflattering photo of Kelly Rowland from Destiny's Child:
Another Grammy by proxy! This time, Kelly won one alongside Mr. Haynes Jr for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration. In the UK alone, as of 2011, it's sold 800,000.
Kelly was said to have re-recorded her part many times over several days in order to get it "just right". This is either a self-shade against her bad singing, or she's just taken longer than it takes Rihanna to make a Deluxe Edition album to sing a hook. I think it's both.
Probably time for Beyoncé to get her shoe: this caused havoc with the solo release plans for the Destiny's Child members. Da Quen B was originally meant to release her album first, stealing the limelight away from the other gerls. That didn't happen. Dilemma came along, and Bayonse had to wait until 2003 to release her opus. Michelle Williams remains forgotten and working in Subway.
Jinzo's verdict: 5
Ya'll must be forgetting that fu*king Nelly was on this. Worst rapper ever. What the f*ck is the ratchet plaster on his face about? Someone explain?

This song is average at best. NOT top 40 material at all.

This was such a jam at the time. I don't even mind Nelly opening for her

I don't care if "Dilemma" is basic, I still adore it. Maybe it's just nostalgia, but I can't help getting into it whenever I hear it.
Poor Kelly being credited as "from Destiny's Child," though. If you ever needed proof that Beyoncé was that group...

As far as I remember, Pure Shores has received four zeros, so it's not only me who don't like this song

It's a decent song, but too many 10s have left for it to be in here.

38. Natasha Bedingfield- These Words (7.421)

: 10 x10 (supaspaz, Strangergab, superben, tell_me_a_lie, Kool_Aid_King, berberocka, boyamama, VJoker, Flashing Lights, Soma80)
Lowest score: 0 x1 (lovesong)
What it feels like to know Natasha Bedingfield did better than Pure Shores:

Natasha wanted, for her album, to have songs that were "organic, different and real". Don't you just want to BURN her gonorrhea-ridden clichéd ass already? This was a song not organic, different and real, but one borne out of her own stupidity. In between a series of caveman grunts, she said the following:
" I was at wit's end and just wanted to say what I meant in a simple way, without using all those flowery words"
So thanks to her not even Grade 1 stabiliser-using pencil-crayon-owning plastic-cutlery using basiC and uneducated ways, her record company paid a lot of hard-earned money so THIS BITCH can sit and write a load of talentless repetitive garbage. The f*ck you think you are, trick ass bitch?
I've not watched the video because I have better things to do with my time, like snap the wings off pigeons and troll Beyoncé forums. But Wikipedia says the following about it:
"The video begins with Bedingfield waking up next to a boombox, dressing, and leaving her home with the boombox. While performing on a beach, she kicks her boombox, which comes alive and begins to dance. The video concludes with Bedingfield arriving back home to a house full of dancing boomboxes."
So, okay.
1) The f*ck your man, bitch? Why are you waking up to a boombox? Just because your 2 Chainz-ass looking face can't suck a d*ck or lick a **** mean you wake up next to a piece of sound equipment? Trash ho.
2) The f*ck you taking your furniture to a beach for and KICKING it? What kind of disregard for the environment? Bitch, some seagulls might not get to eat today because your fat no-man having Liza Minelli-looking hoe mouth is ruining their food hunt.
3) The f*ck those other boomboxes coming from? Trick ass bitch. Not only are you causing environmental damage and the famine of innocent seabirds, you're now stealing from other people's households? What kind of straight outta Compton crime wave?
Bitch deserves behind bars, not this rate. Lock up and don't throw away the key. Seven lethal injections, hang her, burn her, and play Pound the Alarm repeatedly to the ashes.
Jinzo's verdict: 1.5
Why was I so lenient? Everything about this song is terrible. It's only redeeming feature is when it finishes.

It's pretty good. Definitely pretty different lyrically. Love the ending.
Could have been a little lower though.
