No, she's not. "Not Myself Tonight" peaked higher (and in well under 24 hours,) without a radio deal or the single being promoted on a show watched by 14 million viewers (they said the single was out on iTunes and to buy it) and without a music video preview on the same show. In addition, as her stans won't let us forget, "Your Body" had "Moves Like Jagger" behind it. There's no reason why it shouldn't be #1 by now.
