No, it just means that people don't really know what constitutes as behavior that gets them warned. There are SO many reports on people not liking someone's opinion and calling that flamebait, when it's just a damn opinion. So, it's not that people have a problem with this specifically, people just like to complain about anything that doesn't work their way.
