WAIT, this is the best episode of Glee I've seen in a really long time!!!!
Loved Rachel's adventures in New York. Need more Kate Hudson because she's hilarious, talented and really hot. I also really enjoyed seeing that soft side when she met up with that student who got a role on Broadway. It's clear she's got a story, and I'm excited to find out more.
I was so frickin ecstatic when Kurt met up with Rachel at the end of the episode, I'm really looking forward to more of them. I can relate to Kurt's troubles with feeling "stuck" and I know it's a tough thing to put yourself out there like what he's doing. Also, I didn't think Kurt saying bye to his Dad would be so heartbreaking, it was a really well done scene. We better still get to see Papa Hummel every now and then though, he's quite endearing!
Unique annoys me when he's a guy. When he's not I think he's a lot more fun and less... self-involved, if that makes any sense. The "New Rachel" is pretty good. I like the dynamic the character has with her mother, it was heart-warming. I also loved seeing Tina take on more of a role in the club. I just need her to showcase more vocals.
Puck's brother annoyed the hell outta me but he's hot so whatever. His drama is pretty contrived too.
The only thing that I missed was Santana (I also do miss seeing Quinn and Mercedes; the new Glee "family" feels a little empty imo)
