The song gets stronger as it goes along (I thought I was listening to Lady GaGa for a second during the pre-chorus) and as I've played it more, the better it has sounded. It sounds like a smash, but I have a feeling it won't be a huge radio hit, as less and less electronic dance music is going Top 10 on pop radio.
It will peak somewhere between "Pound the Alarm" and "The Edge of Glory". It definitely won't be a "Not Myself Tonight"-style flop.
It's because the demo was LQ and unmastered. There are plenty differences. There was no lie.
Either way this song is a smash.
