From early on, The Voice managed to find a somewhat loyal audience. X Factor wasn't able to do that. Simon has put success or failure of season two on Britney's shoulders, and while I'm sure these aren't the miracle numbers he hoped for, this audience, unremarkable as it may be, exists largely (if not soley) because of Britney. I'd really hate to see how they would have done without Britney.
And that's really what it boils down to; if 12 people watch The X Factor, they do so because they're interested in Britney Spears. If 12 people watch The Voice, they do so because they're fans of the format. Aguilera herself hasn't much drawing power, so I wouldn't gloat, Aguilera fans.

Honestly, it's all down to opinion.
I love X factor much much more than The Voice, but i watched the Voice for Xtina.
I think the aguilera fans are gloating because of all the previous threads the Britney fans made.
It's Karma tbh.
But we'll see how the ratings hold up over the weeks.
