It was definitely one before I left for my summer house and one from my iPhone , and maybe there's a third one.

I wasn't even signed in the site , I dont know how , I wasnt a member , only a guest.. Look , I aint crazy , I 100% and distinctively remember that I contacted you guys..

EDIT : Plus banned members have no access to the site, the moment I was banned I was redirectd to something like a notification saying that I am banned , but I can however browse the site as a guest.. I did so all summer..lol

Ooh the "contact us" for guests.. that doesn't go to the mod team. We never saw any of those messages.

You should send a new help request now, that one actually will go through, and if the other mods agree then your brother can be unbanned. Although he will need to be more calm than this.

Honestly, we need to just decide if NHB is going to stay closed forever or if it will remain opened forever. I understand why it was closed this time, but it's annoying having it randomly shut down several times a year, and then reopened.

You mean you could only communicate with your brother through ATRL?

Anyway you don't need to do anything, I'm just saying if your brother was unfairly permabanned then if you want us to officially review the case again, you have to open a new help request. It doesn't have to be that long. The shorter the better actually.
