67. Timbaland ft. Keri Hilson- The Way I Are (6.592)
Highest score: 10 x4 (Kool_Aid_King, berberocka, Pink Panther, Flashing Lights)
Lowest score: 0 x2 (jqnetto, Glassheart)
A Grammy cake:
Winning the all important Battle of the Flops, Keri stomps Ciara's $2 lacefront into the groundE with the help of a Mr. Timothy Zachary Mosley. Coming off the back of Timba's and Keri's collaborations for a certain not-really-discussed-that-much album called Blackout by that woman in the ATRL banner, this attack on grammar was deemed "the most empty, dead-eyed, joyless lyrics to hit the clubs in a while" by Pitchfork. Though that didn't stop the song from 2 Grammy nominations. Both of which Keri lost. But she has 2 Grammy cakes!
Jinzo's verdict: 3
Utter dated drivel. But fun fact- the video was filmed in a suburb of my home city called Salford, which is about 10 minutes from my house. Keri's been on my flop radar!

It's that time of night again. Someone hold Mandarke.............
66. Cheryl- Call My Name (6.645)
Highest score: 10 x7 (jinzo, JDella11, Regina George, Kool_Aid_King, berberocka, CrazyCat, Ace Reject)
Lowest score: 0 x3 (Cassiopeia, jqnetto, tell_me_a_lie)
An unflattering photo of the Nation's Sweetheart Cheryl Cole:
Well, ATRL are not here for Ms. Cole are we? The song that Rita Ora claims she was offered first, this Calvin Harris-produced gem was the first time we'd see a song released by just Cheryl. Without the Cole. It's ever so important.
She mimed (or who knows...) her way through performances including Graham Norton, the Capital FM Summertime Ball and The Voice, the latter in which she perfected a risky stage jump called the Swan Dive. The song sailed to #1 with some of the highest sales of the year, and that is in spite of that little bit of the video about a minute in where it definitely looks like Cheryl has a load of poo up her leg.
Jinzo's verdict: 10
It's still hot, it's still fresh, it's still catchy, it's still a bop. She truly pulled it out the bag for this one.

I like that song. It's one of Timbo's weaker but it's great. How can you think it's dated?

This can't be happening. Despite some of the ******** eliminations I've seen so far in rates at the hands of ATRL's disgusting taste; I still refuse to believe that people overall believe that Airplanes and a Keri Hilson track are better than a song that is literally forged together by the gods themselves. I'm just gonna choose to believe that IFSG was too overwhelming and ya'll coudn't take.

Something about Call My Name stopped me from giving it a 10. I can't put my finger on it... However it definitely deserved top 40 at least.

66. (=) Las Ketchup- Asereje (The Ketchup Song) (6.645)
Highest score: 10 x14 (jinzo, MP2K, madonnas, Strangergab, Cassiopeia, jqnetto, conseeded, superben, adrianbeane, Kool_Aid_King, berberocka, Pink Panther, Flashing Lights, Dream)
You have no soul: 0 x5 (HaHa2011, Mandarke, Regina George, lovesong, Konichiwa)
A bottle of ketchup:
Did you know that they don't have tomato ketchup in Uganda? Well, you do now.
A real surprise package of the rate, this condiment-based legend manages to beat out 65 other songs to finish at a very respectable halfway point- and it's gotten far more 10's than any other song eliminated so far! The lead single off album Hijas Del Tomate (which Google Translate says means Tomato Daughters), this cult classic reached the top of the charts in 27 different countries.
In France, it's sold 1.75 million copies, and is their 6th best-selling song of all time. And thanks to a Portugese remix, it's sold over 2 million in Brazil. Its cultural impact was in fact so much that in the Phillipines, a Christian sect known as Iglesias i Cristo banned its followers from listening to the song, as they believed it to be a form of Satanism. Illuminati before illuminati was even a 'thing'.
Jinzo's verdict: 10
Iconic. Legendary. Game-changing. A song about tomatoes, what's not to love?
