TMZ have reported that the X Factor USA Launch show will be a massive event. All 4 judges will be there, along with last years final 3 contestants. Sony has also invited the heads of all their internal labels, such as Epic, RCA, Syco etc to come to the premiere. Fox's other shows judges such as American Idol past and presents judges and host have also been invited. And NBC's America's Got Talent judging panel is also expected to be in attendence. Talk show hosts such as Ellen, Larry King, Oprah Windfrey, Kelly and Michael are also expected to be in attendance.
4 of X Factor UK's acts are also reportedly being invited, and are expected to perform. They are Leona Lewis, One Direction, Cher Lloyd and Rebecca Ferguson. They also expect the host (S) to be confirmed.
However the big news is that Simon has personally invited the last winning judge and act from all the X Factor Franchises globally to come along to the premiere in Los Angeles. This is so Simon can show that X Factor can produce stars globally. That means that most probably Tulisa and Little Mix will be there.

avril lavigne was a considerationfor an x-factor judge. She has WAY more experience in judging and knows how to handle things extremely well. plus her talent towers over both demi and britney combined .
