Worldwide, no. But in the US, almost everyone has at least heard of Ciara.

She was everywhere in 2004, 2006 & 2007. It was hard to avoid her those years TBH. Especially in '04 when she was the It girl in the US. I hope 2012 turns into a good year. She has so much potential.
