Well, if there's one thing Ciara can do that Rih can't, it's get a Q4 #1 album.

Basic Instinct was not handled well at all, so comparing that to this era is not really fair However, Ciara probably won't get that #1 album. Not many people really care enough to buy an R&B album this year (see Usher, Frank Ocean & Chris Brown sales).
