As someone said in the X Factor thread though, the real reason NBC did this is not because they're sure they can beat The X Factor, it's to shave off some of the viewership that would have tuned in to downplay The X Factor's first week.
All I know is that if Jordan Pruitt isn't on Monday or Tuesday's show, I'll definitely be tuning in on Wednesday for The Voice. I need me some Jordan slayage.
Anyway, as i was saying, I just hope that X-Factor will get higher ratings than The Voice, cause Demi and Britney are on the show... Do you guys think this could happen?

Have you been listening to her new songs? They're cute. She just never has the right material. She reminds me of Demi in a way. Both could do so much better than they are doing.

I remember her song in that Corbin Blue movie... what is it called again? Jump I think? yeah I liked that song when I was 10
i can't at the voice and the x factor almost being even the voice just looks so low budget compared to the x factor. also, NONE of the contestants have been successful whatsoever rachel crow is gonna have her own show and the 5 finalists each have record deals. and the x factor uk makes HUGE stars obviously

Does The X Factor have any sort of gimmick? I didn't see the first season.
Nothing like spinning chairs or buzzers. But the drama and controversy that comes with X Factor UK is what made it the biggest show in england so hopefully there's a lot of controversy for XF USA whether its good and bad which will translate into more viewers
