We need to find aspects of Nicole to discuss. The Jennifer Lopez Base thread was dead until July when the fans swarmed in and it turned into a 100+ page thread in 2 months. We have the fans, but no news or discussion. So let me try...

Someone in the last "Why is Nicole not successful?" thread said Nicole should be an actress. Do you agree? Would you like to see her act or host?

Its a great idea. Just to keep the base alive until new material surfaces.. However, I think we are doing far better than most of stan bases. Can't believe Kelly Rowland is still on Page 2, even after "Ice"

If I am honest, I only would like Nicole to do movies if she also gets involved in the music. I am mainly a stan because of the music, I am not a movie person at all, I didn't even went to see MIB3 in the cinema, simply because I find it a waste of money in general, I rather buy the DVD later.
I must say that I think the same about musicals, if she does a big production and a CD with the songs of it is sold universal, I don't mind, but if she does one more local and is out of the spotlights for months, then I rather see her not doing it.

She could become more of a household name with movies. People do know who she is though. They just called her "Nicole" or "the Pussycat Dolls woman."

I agree that it's a waste of money. I don't like paying $13 for a ticket (and I don't go alone so I end up paying for at least another person). That said, movies are bigger than music so it can make her a household name. I think a musical type of a movie could be a good idea, but I don't know how she would be in one. All the musical movies are just movie versions of Broadway plays and Nicole isn't white or black.

Nicole is a good actress but I want her to build her solo music career first. She can do it and I believe she'll score a top 5 album in UK later this year, and with promo in Germany, France, Spain, she could do well in Europe. She needs a song like On The Floor, to smash worldwide.
