To be fair, Glee itself only has 3 or 4 singles to go at least gold. While it definitely has helped some songs in sales, Forget You the most, Glee generally has little effect on the original songs they cover.

Ryan Murphy confirms Taylor Swift song in new season of Glee!
Ryan Murphy, creator of FOX television series Glee, replied a fan on his twitter account, August 31st, and it's possible that "Mine" by Taylor Swift will appear on the next season of Glee!
